Does StoryPass store my passwords?
No. Passwords are generated on your device and never stored or transmitted. They're only placed in your clipboard when you copy them. See our Privacy Policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes — entirely. StoryPass never connects to the internet.
How do I generate a password?
Click the StoryPass icon in your menu bar, or use the global keyboard shortcut (⌃⇧P). Swap any word to customize the story, then copy.
How strong are the passwords?
Each password is drawn with a cryptographically secure random generator and meets NIST SP 800-63B length guidance (17+ characters). The wordlist is audited and growing.
Is it a one-time purchase?
Yes. Buy once on the Mac App Store — no subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
